Secret Garden : Cafe in heaven

Not sure if my feeling were so strong because I was home or because everything at this place looks so amazing, but I was definitely stunned. Welcome to the "Secret Garden".

Located in the center of my hometown Sarajevo, this small cafe is heaven to one man´s eye. It is so well decorated that it doesn´t give you time off. The whole time I was there, I couldn´t look at my friend because I was constantly looking at the decorations (Sorry, Jasmina!).

I guess it´s one of those places you just have to fall in love with.

How good is the coffee?

Extremely good. For someone who drinks it mostly black and bit longer, it tasted really well. What I really liked about it, is that they have served it in small cup. Usually when you ask for "long espresso" baristas tend to serve it in big cup leaving you with nothing but water with taste of coffee. So, congrats Secret Garden you did it well !

I also liked the design of the cups that had these small saucers (translated: small plates for cups) in shape of flower, giving you the feeling of holding flower in your hand.

What else do they serve?

Oh my God. Everything that I like haha. Joke. They serve amazing types of cake. It was the first time I was in Bosnia and someone actually offered me to try vegan cake (YES!!). The one I tried was made of cashews, almonds, mandarin orange and cream (and I fell in love with it). They have also other sorts like Coconut cake, Chocolate cake etc. My friend tried coconut one and she also loved it. Check out the photos :P

Since me and my friend spent over 3 hours at this place and tried almost everything they had, my sweet tooth led me to this hot chocolate which is the most "instagrammable" thing ever.

Interior design lover

The reason why I am so excited while writing about this cafe is the interior design. Loved how much attention they have paid to the details and how every single thing has its sense and the reason why it´s located exactly there.

Entering the place makes you feel like you have just entered to an actual garden. There is floral designs everywhere, even on lights. All of this together makes it perfect for those who love taking photographs :)

Photo corner

Since I liked the place right away, I went there 2 times and realized I should meet up with a photographer and make dope photos and I did. Every corner had something special about it so the photoshooting time was approx. 4 hours. (Including all the drinks and meals in between). Interesting

It was like I have walked into my dream. Fashion + coffe. My favorite shop in town was connected to this cafe. So, when fashion makes you tired, you can just walk across the whole into the cafe. Drink one shot of coffee and in my case probably go back to shopping :P
