Paul und Bohne

This is a first post about a coffee place on this blog which means it must be good. This place somehow caught my eye and my heart right away.

It's cold outside, my fingers are freezing, my colleague and I are in the middle of the cartography process.. In this whole chaos we have stumbled upon a beautiful place that gave us energy and has probably the best coffee in Graz so far.

The place is called Paul und Bohne and is located near Lendplatz; Graz.

ATMOSPHERE

The first thing I have loved about this place is the energy it gives you at the entrance. It's calm and cozy but at the same time it vibrates with good energy. The place itself is decorated with my favorites : coffee items. Packing, machines, beans etc. It is designed to Represent modern universe, but it also feels you like you're at home. It has two parts, the one in the background provides you the private space (if you're not a fan of glass windows and views). The one right at the entrance is a real charm, providing you with a beautiful view over the street. (perfect scenario : sitting next to the window, enjoying your coffee while it's snowing outside.

STAFF

So friendly, nice, calm, zero stress.

COFFEE

As I have said : loved it. During my first visit I have tried 50%Arabica, 50% Robusta mix and it had such a nice aroma. It was sweet, with fruity notes. Anyway, they have different coffee types on the menu everyday, so let them surprise you with something new.

CAKE

During my first visit with my friend, we have tried the Cheesecake and it was yummy. Now I have my eye on the chocolate cake and I'm gonna try it the next time I'm around.

Would I recommend it?

Of course! First thing in the morning: go ahead and enjoy the taste of their coffee 😊

Somehow, I wanted this post to be longer but this coffee place has wonderful website, so I'll just let you do a bit of research on your own (if you're interested).
